Hope for the hopeless implant

Like your teeth, dental implants are also susceptible to gum disease. To make the situation more troublesome, while your teeth have natural barriers and protection against bacteria, implant does not. Studies have shown that on average implant will start to experience issue 5 years after it is being restored and sometimes even earlier.

If you are experiencing frequent bleeding, pus, inflammation around your implant, or even loose implant, your implant may be failing.

Traditional treatments of failing implant are usually invasive surgeries and may even involve the complete removal of the implant and its surrounding bone. With the PerioLase® MVP-7 alongside the LAPIP (Laser assisted Peri-Implantitis Procedure) protocol, we may be able to save the implant through a comfortable and minimally invasive treatment that was never thought possible.
