Daily Prevention Reminders

Below are a list of good habits to practice during this pandemic.


  1. Always Practice Good Hygiene.

    • Wash hands frequently with soap and warm water for 20 seconds each time, bring hand sanitizer with you when going outdoor, especially after touching any frequently used item or surface.

    • Avoid touching face (eyes, nose, mouth).

    • Sneeze or cough into a tissue, or the inside of your elbow.

    • Wear mask, basic cloth, or fabric mask is required in public space in Massachusetts, effective on May 6th 2020. Non-compliance may result in a civil fine of up to $300 per violation.

    • Disinfect frequently used items and surfaces as much as possible, all grocery items after get home.

    • Keep proper social and physical distancing with others for at least 6ft.

  2. If you feel sick, stay home. Do not go to work.

  3. If your children are sick, keep them at home. Contact your medical provider.

  4. If you are an elder, or have a serious underlying health condition, stay home and away from other people.

  5. If someone in your household has tested positive, keep the entire household at home for 14 days.

  6. Work or study from home whenever possible.

  7. Avoid social gatherings in groups of more than 10 people.

  8. Avoid eating or drinking at bars and restaurants, use pickup or delivery options.

  9. Avoid discretionary travel, shopping trips, and social visits.

  10. Do not visit nursing homes or retirement or long-term care facilities unless to provide critical assistance.

  11. Symptoms of COVID-19 include: fever (100.4F), cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste and smell.

Everyone is at risk and everyone’s activities can increase the risk for others. It is critical that we all do our part to slow down the spread of COVID-19.
